Growing & using Foxley Thyme

Closeup of Foxley Thyme leaf

Foxley Thyme has large oval, variegated green and cream scented leaves that are typical of the species pulegioides. These leaves make a strong flavored tea that mixes well with other herbs. It may be used fresh or dried. Or, try substituting it for English Thyme in cooking. Cooking Thymes make wonderfully fragrant additions to any patio or sunny windowsill.

Foxley Thyme would make a nice addition to Zone 5 Tea Herb Garden.
