Similar to preceding millefolium varieties but has white to cream flowers.

Intensely flavored foliage and dense flower spikes are attractive to butterflies and bees. 

ALLIUM CEPA (EGYPTIAN ONIONS, WALKING ONIONS)

Unusual top setting onion that you don't have to dig up to harvest. Small pearl onions form in clusters around the towering flower blossoms. If the bulbs are left on the plant the supporting stem will fall over and the bulblets will root or "walk".

Finely cut, evergray leaves form a rounded mound. This English formal garden veteran creates a permanent, large, very gray and well behaved anchor or accent to the landscape. Needs less pruning than Wormwood. Spreads to cover a 4 ft. by 4 ft. area or more.

BERLANDIERA LYRATA (CHOCOLATE SCENTED DAISY)

2 in. daisy like flowers with the scent of cocoa appear all summer. This is a night bloomer so the scent must be enjoyed before the heat of the day. A southwestern U.S. native. Plant a row and fill the air with cocoa.

BUDDLEIA ALTERNIFOLIA (FOUNTAIN BUTTERFLY BUSH)

2 in. long, narrow leaves, green on top and gray beneath, are sparsely positioned on long weeping branches. Resembles a miniature weeping willow. Spring flowers appear on year old wood.

Only the warmest winter locations will enjoy the modest, yet highly scented flowers. The real beauty is in the 8 in. long gray-green leaves which are white with down beneath and match the supporting stems.

Abundant, fragrant, all most black, flowers appear early summer through early fall. 6 in. leaves are dark green on top and gray felted beneath. All Butterfly bushes attract beneficial insects.

Golden pompoms are held at the end of branches bearing 5 in. long leaves, dark green on top and tomentose beneath. Yellow flowers have an orange throat and bloom from spring to fall. This variety seems to be the most attractive to butterflies.
